XVI. Your Indiana Privacy Rights

Effective January 1, 2026, Section 24-15-3-1 of the Indiana Code provides Indiana consumers in some circumstances with a right to confirm whether or not a controller is processing the consumer’s person data and to access such personal data, to correct inaccuracies in the consumer's personal data that the consumer previously provided to a controller, to delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer, to obtain a copy or representative summary of consumer's personal data processed by the controller, in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. XVII. Your Iowa Privacy Rights

Effective January 1, 2026, Section 715D.3 of the Iowa Code provides Iowa consumers in some circumstances with a right to confirm whether a controller is processing the consumer's personal data and to access such personal data, to delete personal data provided by the consumer, to obtain a copy of the consumer's personal data, except as to personal data that is defined as “personal information” pursuant to section 715C.1 that is subject to security breach protection, that the consumer previously provided to the controller in a portable and, to the extent technically practicable, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, where the processing is carried out by automated means, and to opt out of the sale of personal data. XVIII. Your Montana Privacy Rights

Effective October 1, 2024, Section 30-14-2808 of the Montana Code provides Montana consumers in some circumstances with a right to confirm whether a controller is processing the consumer's personal data and access the consumer's personal data, unless such confirmation or access would require the controller to reveal a trade secret, to correct inaccuracies in the consumer's personal data, delete personal data about the consumer, obtain a copy of the consumer's personal data processed by the controller, in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. XIX. Your Nevada Privacy Rights

Senate Bill No. 220 (May 29, 2019) amends Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes to permit a Nevada consumer to direct an operator of an Internet website or online service to refrain from making any sale of any covered information the operator has collected or will collect about that consumer. Effective July 1, 2024, Senate Bill No. 619 provides Oregon Consumers in some circumstances with a right to confirm whether a controller is processing or has processed the consumer’s personal data and the categories of personal data the controller is processing or has processed, at the controller’s option, a right to obtain a list of third parties, other than natural parties to which the controller has disclosed the consumer’s, or any personal data, and a copy of all of the consumer’s personal data that the controller has processed or is processing in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the personal data to another person without hindrance, to correct inaccuracies in personal data about the consumer, delete personal data about the consumer, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. You may access, correct, delete, and opt out anytime and make one information request each year pursuant to this directive by emailing us at service@coolibar.com. XXI. Your Tennessee Privacy Rights

Effective July 1, 2025, Section 47-18-3304 of the Tennessee Code provides Tennessee consumers in some circumstances with a right to confirm whether a controller is processing the consumer's personal information and to access the personal information, correct inaccuracies in the consumer's personal information, delete personal information provided by or obtained about the consumer, Obtain a copy of the consumer's personal information that the consumer previously provided to the controller in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. XXII. Your Texas Privacy Rights

Effective January 1, 2025, Section 541.051 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code provides Texas consumers in some circumstances with a right to confirm whether a controller is processing the consumer's personal data and to access the personal data, correct inaccuracies in the consumer's personal data, delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer, obtain a copy of the consumer's personal data that the consumer previously provided to the controller in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. XXIII. Your Utah Privacy Rights

Section 13-61-201 of the Utah Code provides Utah consumers in some circumstances with a right to confirm whether a controller is processing the consumer's personal data and to access the personal data, delete the consumer's personal data that the consumer provided to the controller, obtain a copy of the consumer’s personal data, , that the consumer previously provided to the controller, in a format that, to the extent technically feasible, is portable, to the extent practicable, is readily usable, and allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without impediment, where the processing is carried out by automated means, and to opt out of the processing of the consumer's personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. XXIV. Your Virginia Privacy Rights

Section 59.1-577 of the Virginia Code provides Virginia consumers in some circumstances with a right to confirm whether or not a controller is processing the consumer's personal data and to access such personal data, to correct inaccuracies in the consumer's personal data, delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer, obtain a copy of the consumer's personal data that the consumer previously provided to the controller in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. .
